AHB's Rapid Online Submission Interface is an electronic e-Filing Portal for consumers, Insurers, Intervenors and Representatives who have received a decision from an Insurance Company, Insurance Rating Bureau or the California Insurance Commissioner for which they wish to appeal or request a Hearing.
Please note that all submissions to the Administrative Hearing Bureau are public documents subject to inspection, unless otherwise ordered by the Judge. As such, do not transmit any documents containing confidential personal information, such as Social Security numbers, through the Rapid Online Submission Interface.
The Administrative Hearing Bureau uses Caselines, a digital evidence platform, for all evidentiary submissions. Once your case is scheduled for trial, you will receive an "invitation" to Caselines. Additional information about Caselines, as well as detailed instructions on its use, will be provided prior to your evidentiary hearing or may be found on AHB's webpage.
